“As an endurance athlete, I am always trying to improve my performance. Whether in the weight room, on my bike, on a run, or in the pool it matters how fast I can go and how long I can sustain my energy. I was so excited about the PPM when I first heard about it! It just makes sense to achieve a better performance with proper alignment. I got to test the abilities of the PPM for me this year during a half marathon in Boise. I had completed a race with a 7.45-minute mile on a difficult course before the half marathon. I knew the half marathon would be a more challenging race, but I wanted to see how much of a difference my performance would be with the PPM in my mouth. I decided that I wouldn’t train with it and that I would do everything exactly the same as I had done for the last race… outfit and all!
